How does brushutta, brazed tuscany chicken, tricolored pasta and salad sound?

I have not seem my husband is such a long time. I want it to be so specail ! I am making brushutta, tuscany brazed chicken, pasta , and salad for dinner. Drinks will be wine during dinner and crandberry vodka with lime after. Does this sound romantic and delicious? Any other suggestions?
