Is Amir Khan less patriotic than most English boxers?

He has accused British fans and media as being racist to him and said if he was white they would love him more. Most British boxers shows a lot of their patriotism! Hatton for example or even Lennox Lewis who always carry the British flag. Is Amir Khan an exception?
