How to remove a injunction from another state?

I moved from minnesota to florida an I got pulled over by a cop an I was with my future wife . I WAS ARRESTED BECAUSE OF A INJUNCTION that was put in place in minnesota neither her or I new about it .we were planning on getting married in July The injunction runs out in Nov 2011 It is a revolving door with the courts, the system is designed for you to fail it just does not seem fair what do we do till then is there any way to get it removed or just wait till it runs out or will the courts rerun it She has had to leave an go stay with her brother 500 miles away It is tough to plan a wedding with one person So is the wedding off till Nov.??? when the injunction expires then we make it a Dec wedding P.S. why does it follow you to every state you are in??? We thought we left are troubles behind
