What should I get for a one year anniversary?

My boyfriend and I have been together for a year now and are both a little tight on cash. He got me something and we planned on going to a hot tubbing place and dinner. We are both pretty frugal and tend to do pretty well on keeping prices low, but I did a stupid thing of waiting until last minute (it's this coming Monday), and not sure what to get. His birthday is also this week and I have that covered, but I want to get something special for our day. I know that it's not that big of a deal, but I still would like to get something. Any ideas?
