Mens razors..........?

My boyfriend wants a new razor a some blades for Christmas because hes been lazy and using the bic razors and they have been cutting him up. He used to use the Mock 3 and I want to get him something nice. He doesn't want an electric razor but is there anything better then the Mock 3, or should I just go with that again??
