Can you trust your spouse to dress your children properly?

Ever since Celia was born (she'll be 3 weeks tomorrow!), my husband has been handling the morning routine with the Kindergartener. Today when my son got off the bus, the first thing I noticed was that his socks were showing because his jeans were above his ankles. I thought "okay, that's odd". We get inside and he takes off his jacket to reveal that he's just wearing a tee shirt. It's 25 degrees outside and he's in a tee. He goes to the bathroom and when he comes out, his pants are still unoned. I asked him why and he said that he can't on them and that the teacher had to help him. I look inside the pants and they say 3T. My husband sent him to school in a tee shirt and his younger brother's pants. I feel so embarred. The teacher probably thinks we are bums. Is my husband the only one incapable of handling something this simple, or are there others like him?
