I work in a sheet metal shop. Each day for 7 hours I am constantly dragging, picking up, carrying 10x5 ft. sheets of metal ranging from 60 to 100lbs. Every day I come home and am too tired to go to gym lately. Is this a strenuous enough work environment to continually use the creatine I was using, but in small dosages? Believe me, the work is just as tiring as a going to a gym if you don't know what it is like working in a sheet metal fabrication shop.
