Getting things wrong all the time!!?

I seem to be doing everything wrong these days. The harder I try to make sure I don't mess up things the more I do. Sending out blank emails to all 80 staff members in our company.... getting flight bookings wrong. Is it because I try so hard to not mess up? Or am I just stupid?
