Why doesn't my friend's dog like me?

Okay my friend's dog HATES ME. A few times when i went over there her tried to bite me they have to put him in the basement when i go over there,which isn't very ofter because i am really scared he will bite me! There has to be a reason why her dog doesn't like me, Snoopy (the dog's name) is fine with anyone else, About a week ago i went home with her for lunch and i went in the door and her dad was holding Snoopy by the collar when i shut the door he was barking and trying to get free. His eyes went blue..you know when dogs get angry. I want to sleepover there so much!! PLEASE HELP!!
