Where to buy skinny jeans for boys?

Im from Detroit, but the whole California "Jerkin' " thing is becoming popular in the high schools round the city. I am getting 300$ for my birthday. And since im turning 15 I am gonna get me some clothes and shoes. I was doing searching online, I found out where to buy Chuck Taylors. But I need to know where to find some Skinny Jeans in Detroit, Michigan. I have tried Forman Mills, and Mr Allens.....none of them do. I need help
