Where is the perfect place to live in America?

Where is the perfect place to live in America? I would like there to be little crime and to be modern meaning it has modern stores like wal-mart, best buy, gamestop,etc and I would like the stores to have the latest products. I would also like the weather to fit with the seasons like it snows during winter, cool and breezy during fall, warm and rainy during spring, and hot during summer. I would also like to be able to buy some land in the wilderness. I know this is alot to ask but do any of you know any place like this in America? All I ask for is for the area to snow in the winter and have modern stores with the latest products.
