Where can I wear a ball gown?

I know how you feel, a couple of years ago I wanted to dress up in a princess dress, so I organised one for my birthday! We used a close friends house which was very grand (or maybe you could hire a room) and hired people to be waitors/waitresses (or use family or friends) and had a band playing. Ask everyone to wear gowns, and either have a meal or just a party. Maybe youcould organise between alot of your friends and all put money in a kitty. I'm sure you could find a band wanting to to a gig for free
