my workout plan is 5 minute warmup jog, 1 hour 30 minute weight lifting, then about 10 minutes running. When should i drink my protein shake inbetween the weight lifting and 10 minute run or after the run, because i know that you are suppose to drink the shake ASAP after working out but if i do that then do the run i could get cramps. I am currently trying to gain muscle.
