What will your team have to do to become a serious threat or contender next season?

I think my team needs to: Definitely stay healthy, once a lot of the team was on the DL, they fell apart. Also, to find some power hitters, we need some power in the hitting line up and be able to move people from 2nd to home with less than two outs. The bull pen is a little shaky at times, so they need to work on some bullpen pitching and making sure all the pitchers have confidence. Also, some of the starters need to work on not giving so many walks, I learned walks can kill you. Basically, my team needs a little work, but with a good manager, it can happen (if our manager can be good next year, unlike this year, he wasn't great but he wasn't horrible). They also need to take some more risks and bunt more often to move people to 2nd or 3rd base.
