Ringing in right ear. Sounds are now distorted, twangy, causing headaches.?

Hey Guys. Basically my right ear is ringing and when people speak to me, or i watch tv, or listen to music...or anything. A certain pitch, level or something is not interpreted correctly by my ear. The sound that i hear in my left ear goes in different in my right. If someone speaks to me, their voise is corrected by my right ear, causing it to sound shrill and horrible. It gives me such a headache. Is that the same as titiniuss or whatever its called? I've had this for 5 days now. I went to see a band on saturday. Could this just be temp due to noise exposure? I beg it is as, i would rather be deaf in that ear than having to put up with this. I have been to a doctor and they said my ear is clean, my ear drum is perfectly fine. Then what :S?
