I have intense side pain..?

So last night i started getting pain below my belly on and then this afternoon the pain grew more intense and moved to my right side. It hurts sooo bad. When I walk or anything I wanna keel over cause I can't stand the pain. I barely have a fever but normally my temperature is below normal... and I threw up a little bit once. Whats wrong with me. The intense pain has now been 5 hours and the general pain has been 24 hours.
