Can i run these games with these specs?

I dont think you'd be able to run DA:O, GTA4 or L4D2 with that. The core is fine but the ram is where youre going to be hurtin. If you do manage to get them to run you wont have the best experiences with it. You might be able to get by with low or medium on them, but I doubt it.
